This is the second book in ‘The Fixer” series, which looks at 12 lessons and ideas to grow your business as an entrepreneur, business owner or manager. This book is your business mentoring and coaching handbook born from the idea from a business concept from co-author Trevor Nel called ‘IT’S SO SIMPLE’. It is a collage of simple, yet profound ideas to help businesses to be more successful and grow their revenue.

We share a collective contribution, who together have over 80 years of experience in business, and in particular at ‘the coal face’.

Your business revolves around three areas, the first is your products and services, the second is the needs and expectations of your customers and thirdly your business and your ability to link your product to your customer’s needs. The 12 lessons we discuss in “The Fixer – simple ideas to grow your business” will assist you in the delivery of service excellence to meet your customers’ expectations.

There are many books on business development that cover every aspect of management principles and entrepreneurial skills, so what makes this one different? This is not a technical book on management principles and theory. It is about simple and practical concepts and ideas to improve your skills, and assist you in growing your business using these 12 lessons as a guideline and foundation on which to build.
